Transfer Account Ownership

An Owner can transfer full ownership of an organisation to a user on their account. The user which the account is being transferred to must be a Super admin on the organisation.

Transferring account ownership will relinquish ownership and demote your role to Super admin. This action cannot be undone.

To transfer account ownership:

Only the Owner of an organisation may transfer account ownership

Open Users in the left side bar
Click on the user you would like to transfer account ownership to
Click the Make owner button in the confirmation modal to finish
